ABS News Learning Care Group, Inc. Acquires Franchised Tutor Time Locations; Company Continues to Expand Market Share in United States
NOVI, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 1, 2006--Learning Care Group, Inc., the parent company of Tutor Time Child Care / Learning Centers and Childtime Learning Centers, today announced that is has completed the acquisition of 20 franchised Tutor Time centers in Southern California.
Three of the centers were previously franchised by Edu-Kid, Inc. and 17 by GFGTT Holdings, Inc. With these acquisitions, Learning Care Group currently operates 26 Tutor Time centers and 32 Childtime centers in California. There are also an additional 12 franchised Tutor Time centers located within the state.
The agreement with GFGTT Holdings, Inc. also provides for the future development of Tutor Time centers on the West coast, with two facilities currently in the construction phase.
