AET News Aetna and Memorial Hermann Sign Multi-Year Contract Renewal Agreement
HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aetna (NYSE: AET) announced today that it has reached an agreement for a
long-term contract for all of Memorial Hermann’s
hospitals and outpatient facilities in Houston. Aetna members can
continue to receive services on an in-network basis at Memorial Hermann
facilities throughout the Houston area.

Memorial Hermann facilities,” said Joanne

The health care facilities included in the new contract agreement are:
Aetna has approximately 9,023 physicians and 100 hospitals participating
in its Houston network, serving local membership of approximately
786,400.
