NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--On Thursday, March 29, 2007, the Board of Directors of Dreyfus Strategic Municipal Bond Fund, Inc. (NYSE: DSM) declared from net investment income a monthly cash dividend of $0.043 per share of common stock, payable on April 30, 2007 to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 16, 2007. The ex-dividend date is April 12, 2007. The previous dividend declared in February was $0.043 per share of common stock.
