NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 30, 2005--On Friday, December 30, 2005, the Board of Directors of Dreyfus Strategic Municipal Bond Fund, Inc. (NYSE: DSM) declared from net investment income a monthly cash dividend of $0.043 per share of common stock, payable on January 31, 2006 to shareholders of record at the close of business on January 17, 2006. The ex-dividend date is January 12, 2006. The previous dividend declared in November was $0.043 per share of common stock.
