NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 29, 2006--On Thursday, June 29, 2006, the Board of Directors of Dreyfus Strategic Municipal Bond Fund, Inc. (NYSE: DSM) declared from net investment income a monthly cash dividend of $0.043 per share of common stock, payable on August 1, 2006 to shareholders of record at the close of business on July 14, 2006. The ex-dividend date is July 12, 2006. The previous dividend declared in May was $0.043 per share of common stock.
