(NYSE: DSM) declared from net investment income a monthly cash dividend of $0.043 per share of common stock, payable on September 1, 2006 to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 15, 2006. The ex-dividend date is August 11, 2006. The previous dividend declared in June was $0.043 per share of common stock.
