NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--On Thursday, September 28, 2006, the Board of Directors of Dreyfus
Strategic Municipal Bond Fund, Inc. (NYSE: DSM) declared from net
investment income a monthly cash dividend of $0.043 per share of common
stock, payable on November 1, 2006 to shareholders of record at the
close of business on October 16, 2006. The ex-dividend date is October
12, 2006. The previous dividend declared in August was $0.043 per share
of common stock.
