NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--On Thursday, November 30, 2006, the Board of Directors of Dreyfus
Strategic Municipal Bond Fund, Inc. (NYSE: DSM) declared from net
investment income a monthly cash dividend of $0.043 per share of common
stock, payable on December 29, 2006 to shareholders of record at the
close of business on December 14, 2006. The ex-dividend date is December
12, 2006. The previous dividend declared in October was $0.043 per share
of common stock.
