NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--On Thursday, December 28, 2006, the Board of Directors of Dreyfus
Strategic Municipal Bond Fund, Inc. (NYSE: DSM) declared from net
investment income a monthly cash dividend of $0.043 per share of common
stock, payable on January 31, 2007 to shareholders of record at the
close of business on January 16, 2007. The ex-dividend date is January
11, 2007. The previous dividend declared in November was $0.043 per
share of common stock.
