LINTHICUM HEIGHTS, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Board of Directors of Foundation Coal Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:FCL) has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.05 per share on the company’s common stock. The dividend is payable on March 29, 2007 to shareholders of record on March 16, 2007.
Foundation Coal Holdings, Inc., through its affiliates is a major U.S. coal producer with 14 coal mines and related facilities in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Illinois, and Wyoming.
