On March 7, 2007, chief financial officer, Frank J. Wood will provide an overview of Foundation Coal and meet with investors at the 28th Annual Institutional Investors Conference sponsored by Raymond James at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress in Orlando, Florida. On March 14, 2007, Foundation chairman, president, and chief executive officer, James F. Roberts, will present at the 2007 Citigroup Small and Mid-Cap Conference at the Four Seasons at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, Nevada.
