On November 15, 2007, the Registrant entered into a two year license agreement
with IBM pursuant to which the Registrant will license its patented CodecSys
technology for use by the licensee in video encoders/decoders. This license
agreement is the first material license agreement of the CodecSys technology for
use in a commercial application.
This aparently a huge deal, even before this announcment the stock of BCST.ob has gone from 0.80cents to over $4 per share in just three months ... and we still haven't seen a proper full announcment by either IBM or this Broadcast International.
