PX News Praxair Increases Dividend
DANBURY, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The board of directors of Praxair, Inc. (NYSE: PX) has declared a
quarterly dividend of 30 cents per share, an increase of 20% over the
previous quarter. The dividend is payable on March 15, 2007 to
shareholders of record on March 7, 2007.
“This increase demonstrates our confidence in
Praxair’s ability to deliver strong financial
performance as it executes already contracted new projects around the
world over the next several years,” said
Dennis H. Reilley, chairman.
