RS News Reliance Steel & Aluminum Co. Hosts 2006 Third Quarter Conference Call over the Internet

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Reliance Steel & Aluminum Co. (NYSE:RS) announced today that it will host a conference call that will be broadcast live over the Internet regarding the Company’s third quarter and year-to-date financial results for the period ended September 30, 2006. All interested parties are invited to listen to the web cast on Thursday, October 19, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time. The earnings release will be made available to the public at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time that same day. David Hannah, Reliance Steel & Aluminum Co.'s Chief Executive Officer, will open the conference call and review the operations along with Gregg Mollins, President and Chief Operating Officer. Karla Lewis, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will then review the financial results.

For those of you who are not able to listen to the conference call as it occurs, the web cast will remain posted on the Reliance web site at: www.rsac.com/investorinformation through November 19, 2006 and a printed transcript will be posted on the Reliance web site after the completion of the conference call.
