IMW Stays on Track to Banner Year

 
American Commerce Solutions, Inc. (OTCBB: AACS) today released preliminary October and year to date results of operations for wholly owned subsidiary, International Machine and Welding, Inc.

Daniel L. Hefner, President and CEO of AACS, reported, "In preliminary results, IMW remains on track to have a record breaking year. Subject to final adjustments, the preliminary review of the company records indicates that IMW produced revenue of $255,076 for the month of October 2007.This represents a $73,143 or 40.3% increase over the prior year monthly average and $42,320 or 19.9 % more than October 2006."

Hefner continued, "At the risk of sounding like a broken record, the IMW staff continues to be impressive and consistent. They have not only generated higher revenue, but have also increased gross margin and net profit. The Board of Directors recognizes and commends them for the dramatic results of their extraordinary effort."
