AACS News American Commerce Solutions, Inc. Announces Test Results

BARTOW, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 29, 2005--American Commerce Solutions, Inc. (OTCBB:AACS) today announced that it has received initial test results which could lead to a substantial production contract for its IMW subsidiary.

ACS, President and Chief Executive Officer, Daniel L. Hefner, commented, "Several weeks ago ACS, through its IMW subsidiary, conducted a series of tests. The results of the tests revealed that all application expectations were met or exceeded. These results paved the way for the next phase of testing. We are hopeful that the successful results of this testing will be replicated in the future, signaling the need for substantial production equipment to be built contractually by IMW. Once all tests are completed, it is anticipated that International Machine and Welding, Inc. will enter into an exclusive contract to build various production equipment. We have been informed that appropriate funding for the production of the machinery and related projects has been approved."
