American Commerce Solutions, Inc.'s (OTCBB:AACS message board, dd, quote, news) wholly owned subsidiary, International Machine and Welding, Inc. is today announcing that it has successfully completed a $772K refinancing.
Daniel L. Hefner, President and Chief Executive Officer of ACS stated, "We are pleased to announce that IMW has closed a loan with its local lender, Valrico State Bank. This loan is a three year term refinancing of its prior promissory note. The rate of interest is 7.5% and maturity is December 2008."
This loan is personally guaranteed by Mr. Hefner.
Chariot Manufacturing Company, Inc. Attends Daytona Bike Week 2006
American Commerce Solutions, Inc.'s (OTCBB:AACS) wholly owned subsidiary, Chariot Manufacturing Company, Inc., today announced participation at Daytona Bike Week.
Daniel L. Hefner, President and Chief Executive Officer of American Commerce Solutions, Inc. stated, "I am pleased to announce that Chariot Trailers will be prominently displayed at Daytona Bike Week from March 3rd through the 12th. We feel that the location of our display, in close proximity to the Iron Horse Saloon, will maximize our exposure during the 10 day event. Hundreds of thousands of current and future motorcycle riders will attend Daytona Bike Week.
According to Chariot General Manager, Ken McCleave, "Daytona Bike Week will be a catalyst to our sales program. Nothing sells a Chariot like seeing a Chariot. We are debuting the all new 2006 models at this show. Significant changes have been made to enhance both the strength and the eye appeal of our trailers. I expect the new design to be well received by our customers."
McCleave continued, "The company website, presently being updated to current technology standards, continues to play a vital role in sales generation. However, the greatest success of Chariot sales will continue to be the special qualities of the product itself. These durable, lightweight, aerodynamic, gas saving beauties are sold on performance as proclaimed in owner testimonials. Conveying this value to prospective buyers is the key to sales."
Hefner further commented, "We are now prepared to aggressively market this product and we know that great demand exists for these lightweight, easily-pulled, durable fiberglass trailers.
