Amedia Networks Partners With MPX Technology Corp. to Penetrate Burgeoning Asian Market with Broadband Home Gateways

 

EATONTOWN, N.J. and RESTON, Va., Aug. 2 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Amedia Networks, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: AANI), a provider of next generation media gateways that distribute and manage ultra-broadband triple-play services in the home, and MPX Technology Corp., based in Reston Virginia with offices throughout Asia, today announced that they have entered into a partnership agreement under which MPX will market, sell and support Amedia's Home Gateway products throughout Asia. Additionally, the two companies will jointly develop, enhance and customize Amedia's product to meet the requirements of the Asian market.

MPX Technology has also engaged with Amedia to help provide localized engineering development services, business development, and contracted manufacturing services in Asia. MPX Technology will provide system engineering, country certification for regulatory compliance, local marketing and engineering support for customer lab trials.
