Ambient Corp. ABTG

Hello ABTG investors and traders. I own 230,000 shares have been a loyal long term ABTG shareholder who knows full well the risks and potential of my investment. I have never traded a single share and I'm sure some may think that laughable while others think that good and proper. I could have sold last year along with the traders and insiders at a nice little profit, I could hold another couple of years and perhaps make big gains. I also know I could lose some or all of my investment, this is the pennies after all. I see opportunities for our company's technology at every turn and many other companies making inroads to a market that two years ago most of us rightfully or not thought belonged to Ambient. I'm not here to bash ABTG and don't intend to do much posting. I don't think that management is doing a very good job at all of developing the business or protecting shareholder equity let alone growing it. Ambient has 300 million authorized shares and I think it is a given that we are about to have more dilution. Even if it is tied to some milestone resulting in gains, with out continued successful developments the end result after the traders lock in their profits and the momentum has died off will be a more diluted less valuable position for longs. I also think that management will try and raise the authorized shares by no less then 200 million this spring and the bridge financing was just to hold them over until then. I truly believe that this stock can not withstand much more dilution and have any hope of ever becoming more than a penny play. Management is still calling Ambient a development stage company after 8 years and will use that designation to raise operating funds there-in diluting shareholder value with-out having to explain other then Ambient is still developing. In fact as some have said before Ambient has announced commercialisation twice and been trying to sell its limited selection of products for quite some time with little to no success. There are many different players involved in Ambient, Management that will at this point do anything to keep the company going, Day Traders or short term speculators looking for quick gains and willing to dump ABTG on a moments notice, still others with less risky options or cheap warrants and lastly long term investors taking on the most risk of anyone involved also speculating on gains but willing to hold for the smaller capital gains tax. Even though there are irons in the fire that could produce results at any moment I'm not sure they will soon, or at all given the managements success thus far. We have been disapointed again and again while other companies in America, Canada and around the world advance. Even though some including Management may blame the Utillities, Building owners or Municipalities for the lack of sales I assume the problem is management, the lack of finances, the products or a combination of all three. I think we should have a contingency plan so I intend to contact other companies (BPL, investment or other) to gauge their interest in acquiring Ambient or Ambients technology and patents. Most likely management would not be included and the deal would either be a cash sale or some sort of share swap. I would like to go ahead with this as soon a possible so that we could have something ready to vote on by the next shareholders meeting in lieu of an increase in the authorized shares and the continued sale of said shares to support the company. I know that Con Edison and Earthlink have major holdings and their own interests, plans or lack there of in Ambient, least of which is the share price over the next couple of years. I am sure there are enough shareholders to have a controlling interest and force some changes or even the sale of the company if need be but we will have to be prepared by the next shareholders meeting. No one has held the managements feet to the fire in the past and I think it is about time. You can contact me at activistshareholder @ hotmail .com with your suggestions or just to discuss Ambient. Whether you agree with me or not I think it is time we started a serious dialogue between investors that have and interest in Ambient because the chat boards are getting us nowhere. I'm not discounting the fact that some are happy trading Ambient for pennies and dimes just the way it is as a penny stock and are very good at it but that's not why I and I'm quite sure many others invested in Ambient. I have already advised Anna at Ambient of my plans so it will not be a surprise to them.
