Advanced Cell Technology Gets an E
It looks like another fallen angle, ACTC an OTCBB company has been issued the E. The can be issued for a few reasons, but mainly for late filing. Some companies are able to complete their filings and avoid a trip to the pink sheets, but others fail and end up pink. Any comments on the E are welcome.
