Critical Point
Is it agreed, that the critical point in ACTC will come in the summer with the outcome of the RPE (eye stuff) submission to the FDA? Also, The governments decision on how they are gonna regulate the ESC tech. Wouldn't make any sense to lift the ESC ban, and then squash it with restrictions; would it?
