ADLI News American Medical Technologies Files Patent Infringement Lawsuit

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 5, 2005--On September 14, 2005, American Medical Technologies, Inc. ("AMT") (OTCBB:ADLI) filed a lawsuit against Velopex International, Inc. of St. Cloud, Florida for allegedly infringing an AMT patent. This patent, US Patent No. 5,275,561, is owned by AMT and protects a variety of dental air abrasion methods. The lawsuit was filed in the United States District Court, Southern District of Texas and seeks both monetary damages and injunctive relief against further alleged infringement by Velopex and those acting in concert with Velopex.
