ADLI American Medical Technologies Enters into License Agreement With KaVo

American Medical Technologies Enters into License Agreement With KaVo CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas American Medical Technologies, Inc. Roger W. Dartt, 361-289-1145 American Medical Technologies, Inc. ("AMT") (OTCBB:ADLI) announced today that effective January 1, 2005 the company has entered into a Non-Exclusive License Agreement with KaVo Dental GmbH, a worldwide manufacturer of dental equipment and ancillary products. KaVo was recently purchased by Danaher Corporation (NYSE:DHR). Specifically, the Agreement gives licensing permission for KaVo to produce dental devices (the RONDOflex(TM), the RONDOflex Plus) utilizing AMT's patented air abrasion and Hydrobrasion(TM) technologies. KaVo is a highly respected, industry-leader in the dental products market that manufactures and markets well-known, brand-name products with a reputation for innovation and excellence. Roger W. Dartt, President and Chief Executive Officer of AMT, stated, "We are pleased that AMT and KaVo have entered into this Agreement that will be beneficial to both companies. AMT's air abrasion and Hydrobrasion(TM) techniques are becoming recognized within the industry for their ability to support the dental professional's requirement to provide the patient with a dramatic alternative to the conventional handpiece or standard anesthetic needle. With AMT's technology, KaVo's products can now be used for a number of dental techniques involving both vital and non-vital dentition. We believe this collaboration will further AMT's goal in providing the dental professional with improved minimally invasive dental techniques that reduce patient discomfort and allow the dental clinician to maintain more of the tooth's integrity and structure when removing unwanted tooth decay." American Medical Technologies, Inc. ("AMT") develops, manufactures and markets high-technology products designed primarily for general dentistry that are a dramatic alternative to the shot and drill. AMT has patented the method whereby dentists can remove tooth decay by means of air, water and micro particles combined to form an effective slurry that safely removes dental tooth structure and tooth decay utilizing minimally invasive dentistry. The KCP(TM) product line and recently introduced Hydrobrasion(TM) technology lessens patient sensitivity and may be used to treat a patient without anesthesia. Statements in this release concerning the Company's plans and business prospects are "forward looking statements" within the meaning of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and are subject to uncertainties. Such uncertainties include, without limitation, the ability of AMT to develop its remaining product lines, to operate profitably in the dental market without offering laser products and to expand into new markets. AMT, headquartered in Corpus Christi, Texas, develops and manufactures advanced technologies in the field of dentistry and industry and markets them worldwide. The company's securities are quoted on the OTC Bulletin Board under the symbol ADLI, and its website is found at www.americanmedicaltech.com.
