ADYE News Aradyme President Resigns
OREM, Utah--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 18, 2005--Aradyme Corp. (OTCBB: ADYE), a data management company, announced today that Kirk L. Tanner, the company's president and a member of its board of directors, has resigned from his positions for personal reasons after having taken a leave of absence. The resignation is effective immediately.
Aradyme's chairman and chief executive officer, James R. Spencer, will continue to fill in for Tanner until the company is able to name replacements for the positions.
