ADYE News Aradyme Signs Comprehensive Database Migration and Conversion Solution Agreement with Spillman Technologies, Inc.
OREM, Utah--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aradyme Corporation (OTCBB: ADYE), a next-generation data management
company specializing in database migration and conversion, and Extract
Transform and Load (ETL) solutions, announced today that it has signed a
Master Services Agreement to provide its comprehensive Independent
Software Vendor (ISV) Solution for standardizing database migration and
conversion services to Spillman Technologies, Inc. (“Spillman”),
the leading provider of public safety software solutions. This agreement
marks the second customer announcement for Aradyme’s
ISV Solution released in June of this year and expands on the Company’s
previous work in the public safety sector.
Under the terms of the agreement, Aradyme will provide comprehensive
data migration and conversion services to Spillman, with the first
project being the conversion of legacy data within a law enforcement
agency. Aradyme expects to also provide data migration/conversion for
Spillman’s existing and future application
implementation projects as well.
Spillman Technologies, Inc. is the leading provider of public safety
software solutions, including records management, computer-aided
dispatch, mobile communications, corrections management, fire/EMS
management and data sharing. The software is used by over 30,000
professionals at over 600 agencies nationwide to public safety agencies,
including police, sheriff, fire, EMS, dispatch and port authorities.
“There is a clear benefit for us, and for our
customers, to take advantage of Aradyme’s
advanced migration solution,” said Chris
Hellewell, vice president of product development at Spillman. “The
time and resources we’ll save by working with
Aradyme will allow us to focus on meeting our customers’
needs and advance the sales and development of our products.”
“We’re excited to
work with a leading software company like Spillman Technologies and
expand on our experience in public safety,”
said Don Hutchings, vice president of sales at Aradyme. “Our
ISV Solution for standardizing database migrations/conversions has
generated a great deal of interest among top software vendors and
addresses a critical need they have in an area that is key to successful
implementations.”
The Aradyme solution provides ISVs with an efficient and cost-effective
alternative for database migration which minimizes the risks of failure,
and budget and schedule overruns. Aradyme can assist ISVs with all or a
portion of the database migration/conversion, as well as support
multiple migrations of nearly any size or scope. This provides the ISVs
with a strong competitive advantage in bidding on and servicing new
application projects, and in upgrading their user base.
Aradyme's Solution for independent application vendors is based on a
proven data management model that the Company developed while working on
large-scale, custom data migration projects for ISVs and systems
integrators such as Syscon Justice Systems, Accenture and others. This
solution leverages the power and flexibility of Aradyme's
next-generation database management system in extracting and analyzing
data from virtually any system, and automates the transformation and
loading of that data into an ISV's application.
