ARIS News Woods Equipment Company Expands Relationship with ARI
MILWAUKEE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ARI (OTCBB:ARIS), a leading provider of technology-enabled business
solutions that help equipment dealers build sales and profits, announced
today that Woods Equipment Company of Oregon, IL, has expanded its
relationship with ARI by licensing EMPARTweb™,
ARI’s web-based electronic parts catalog, and
Shopping Cart.
Under the new three-year exclusive agreement, ARI will host EMPARTweb
to provide dealers with on-demand access to Woods parts and service
catalogs, which include attachments and replacement parts for the
agricultural, landscape and light construction markets. In addition,
Woods dealers will be able to create and submit electronic parts orders
to ARI’s Shopping Cart using EMPARTweb
or PartSmart.
“Our dealers have been successfully using
PartSmart for nearly four years,” said Rob
Darr, vice president sales and marketing for Woods. “The
addition of EMPARTweb will help us reach those dealers who prefer
to use a web-based catalog. The combination of PartSmart, EMPARTweb
and Shopping Cart will allow dealers to look up parts and submit orders
electronically using the tool they are most comfortable with,”
added Darr. “We’re
confident that PartSmart, EMPARTweb and Shopping Cart will help
us carry out our goal to improve customer satisfaction while building on
our reputation for quality, durability and excellence.”
Woods will update EMPARTweb as needed and PartSmart twice a year.
“We welcome the opportunity to work with
Woods to deploy a complete eCommerce solution for their dealers. Since
the majority of Woods’ dealers are already
familiar with ARI’s PartSmart, we are
confident that they will welcome the addition of EMPARTweb and
Shopping Cart,” said Brian E. Dearing,
chairman and chief executive officer of ARI. “Woods’
addition of EMPARTweb and Shopping Cart is a further demonstration of
their commitment to provide dealers with quick and easy to use
electronic parts look up and ordering solutions,”
added Dearing. Dearing indicated that ARI’s
suite of catalog and marketing products and services includes PartSmart,
EMPARTweb, EMPARTpublisher™,
EMPARTviewer™, EMPART XML Publisher™,
WebsiteSmart™, ARI MailSmart™
and eMailSmart™.
