ARIS News ARI Receives Small Business Success Stories Award

MILWAUKEE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ARI (OTCBB:ARIS), a leading provider of technology-enabled business solutions that help equipment dealers build sales and profits, today announced that it has received a Small Business Success Stories Award from Corporate Report Wisconsin. The awards were presented at a banquet at UW-Oshkosh on October 18, 2006.

The Small Business Success Stories Awards recognize the state’s successful small businesses and their accomplishments. ARI was recognized for creatively overcoming numerous obstacles over the past years in turning ARI from an unprofitable business with major challenges into the profitable, successful company it is today.

In accepting the award, Brian E. Dearing, chairman and CEO of ARI said, “ARI has been able to overcome obstacles that others might not have survived through an approach that is both reactive and proactive. By listening to our customers’ needs and pursuing a belief that it is possible to do the impossible, our management team and employees have created a successful business with more than 28,000 satisfied customers worldwide, providing our customers with products that add value and assist them in pursuing their own business successes.”

“We know that running a small business takes a lot of time and hard work,” said Paul Zukowski, editor of Corporate Report Wisconsin. “We’re happy to recognize successful small businesses and tell their stories so other business people can gain inspiration,” added Zukowski.

ARI was selected from dozens of nominations throughout the state submitted to Corporate Report Wisconsin. The Small Business Success Stories Awards, which were presented in nine categories, were judged by Editor Paul Zukowski, senior faculty at the UW-Oshkosh College of Business and an Associated Bank vice president.
