ARIS News ARI to Hold Annual Shareholder Meeting December 7, 2006

MILWAUKEE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ARI (OTCBB:ARIS), a leading provider of technology-enabled business solutions that help equipment dealers, distributors and manufacturers build sales and profits, will hold its Annual Shareholder Meeting on Thursday, December 7, 2006 at the Company’s corporate headquarters, 11425 W. Lake Park Drive, Suite 900, Milwaukee, Wisconsin at 9:00 am Central Time.

ARI will provide a live Webcast and an Audio Broadcast of the Company’s Annual Meeting. At that time you will be provided with the numbers to use to join the conference call. For your convenience a confirming email will be sent to you as well. Participants should go to the website at least 15 minutes prior to the meeting to download and install any necessary software. A replay of ARI’s Shareholder Meeting Audio and a copy of Mr. Dearing’s slide presentation will be available on ARI’s website after 6:00 pm Central Time on Friday, December 8.

Business to be conducted at the meeting includes the election of two directors and ratification of the Company’s auditors. After the formal meeting, Brian E. Dearing, ARI chairman and chief executive officer, will give his annual “State of the Business” presentation on the Company’s operations and growth strategies. In addition, the Company will offer product demonstrations for individuals attending the meeting.
