ARIS News KYMCO USA Selects ARI's WarrantySmart(TM)
MILWAUKEE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ARI (OTCBB:ARIS), a leading provider of technology-enabled business
solutions that help equipment dealers, distributors and manufacturers
build sales and profits, today announced that KYMCO USA, of Inman, South
Carolina, has expanded its relationship with ARI by licensing
WarrantySmart™, ARI’s
web-based warranty claims and product registration processing solution.
KYMCO USA is the exclusive importer and distributor of KYMCO brand
scooters, motorcycles and all-terrain vehicles in the United States.
ARI’s WarrantySmart enables dealers to
streamline product registration and warranty claim submission and
processing, as well as to check claim status online. Prior to the new
agreement, KYMCO USA had deployed ARI’s
PartSmart®
electronic parts lookup catalog for use by its dealers throughout the
U.S.
“We are experiencing rapid growth in our
number of dealers and number of units sold in the U.S. In order to
support this growth, it is imperative that we have the tools and
infrastructure to support our dealer network,”
said Eric Bondy, president of KYMCO. “ARI
proved to be a valuable partner during the implementation of PartSmart
and has provided us with superior support as our needs have grown. As a
result, when we made the decision to expand our dealer support
technology to include a warranty and product registration processing
solution, ARI was our best choice,” added
Bondy. “In addition, we believe that ARI’s
proven suite of products and services will continue to meet our needs in
the future as we grow our business in the years ahead.”
“We value KYMCO’s
business and look forward to expanding our relationship. ARI has the
proven software and support that will enable KYMCO to successfully grow
its dealer base,” said Brian E. Dearing,
chairman and chief executive officer of ARI. “WarrantySmart
will also benefit KYMCO’s dealers by
increasing the accuracy and efficiency of the warranty claim process,
resulting in faster turnaround times. WarrantySmart is one of our newer
products and we look forward to providing KYMCO with the most up-to-date
tools to support its growth in the Power Sports Industry.”
