Starting his career in the 1970s as a software programmer, Madden has worked in cross functional roles and been promoted to positions of leadership; most recently as the Director of Product Lifecycle Solutions for INCAT, a major manufacturing solutions provider. He has a track record for establishing, encouraging, and facilitating high performance teams producing strong business results. In addition, Madden has worked at industry giants Autodesk and Dassault, as well many other well respected smaller firms in the technology and engineering sectors. He holds a degree in education with a mathematics major from the University of Michigan.
