Hans J. Schulte, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of
Carbon Credits International, Inc. (OTCBB:CARNstock news), announced, effective
May 5, 2009, the appointments of James M. Ryan as Chief Financial
Officer, Malik Maksudi as Chief Technology Officer, Alexander Polgar as
Director and Lieutenant General Tawan Donploypetch (retired) as Director.

is also an engineer, has been an international businessman in Bangkok
for over 25 years and will be invaluable in providing guidance to our
Company as we grow our presence in Southeast Asia. General Donploypetch
brings over 40 years of distinguished service in the Royal Thai Army and
also has a very strong engineering background. Since his retirement from
the military, he served as Human Resource Development Consultant for
King Power International Group Co. Ltd. in Thailand, and currently
serves as an independent consultant to numerous companies throughout
Thailand,” stated Mr. Schulte.
