("Petsmobility") is quickly approaching the final stages for its initial production of the PetsCell. The PetsCell is a waterproof, 2-way, voice-enabled, GPS pet tracking device that affixes to the pet's collar. In addition, the device allows for pet owners to set geo-fence boundaries that will alert the owner when their companion steps outside the set boundary.

Members can engage in discussions about pet-related lifestyle issues, off leash parks, petstrology, pet dating, veterinarians, breeds, events, instant messaging, chat forum, news and articles.
The PetsMo website is central to PetsMobility's overall corporate and marketing strategies as it will be the interface that will facilitate customer interaction with PetsMobility's products and services and, more importantly, serve as the platform to run their digital e-media division.

CIMBIX Corp. Forms PetsMobility Subsidiary to Conduct PetsMobility Business; Changes Trading Symbol Back to CBXC.OB
CIMBIX CORPORATION ("Cimbix" or the "Company"), (OTCBB:CBXC), which entered into an exclusive worldwide license agreement with PetsMobility Network, Inc. ("PNI"), pursuant to which the Company has the right to manufacture, market and distribute products covered by PNI's PetsCell technology, has formed a new subsidiary to conduct the Company's PetsMobility business. The new subsidiary, PetsMobility, Inc., was formed in Nevada on September 22, 2005. When the Company initially obtained the license from PNI it contemplated changing its name to PetsMobility, Inc. and the Company's trading symbol was changed to PMBL.OB; however, with the decision for the Company to continue to operate under the Cimbix Corp. name, the trading symbol was changed back to CBXC.OB.

("PetsMobility"), pursuant to which the Company will have the right to market and distribute products covered by PetsMobility's PetsCell technology, for which patents are pending, and the PetsMobility brand.
The PetsCell(TM) technology is a 2-way communication device that incorporates a cell phone that attaches to a pet's collar and also includes global positioning capabilities that will provide the pet's location. The PetsCell(TM) can be utilized via a wired or wireless delivery format and can be delivered to a desk-top PC, hand-held device, telephone text or traditional voice message service. Since first being announced in September 2004, the PetsCell technology has received overwhelming interest from the pet industry and consumers worldwide.
With the exclusive worldwide license from PetsMobility, Cimbix will have the ability to implement PetsMobility's existing manufacturing and distribution plans and develop the required corporate infrastructure into a global presence for the PetsCell(TM) technology and the PetsMobility brand in the pet and wireless industries. CIMBIX anticipates initiating the shipment of the PetsCell product in the fourth quarter of 2005.
Cimbix has recently filed an Information Statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Schedule 14C indicating that it already received the necessary shareholder approval to change the Company's name from Cimbix Corporation to PetsMobility Inc. to better reflect the Company's current business. The name change will be effected on or after July 29, 2005
