CBXC News Petsmobility Inc. Announces Continued Refinement of the PetsCell(TM)
SEATTLE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 14, 2005--Cimbix Corporation ("Cimbix" or the "Company) (OTCBB:CBXC), is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, Petsmobility Inc. ("Petsmobility") continues to further enhance and refine their innovative product offering, the PetsCell(TM).
As the product launch date draws nearer, Petsmobility continues to refine and enhance the PetsCell(TM). A key component in Petsmobility's deliverables is the Location Based Services (LBS) platform upon which the PetsCell(TM) will interface with pet owners.
The PetsCell(TM) utilizes industry leading AGPS location tracking technology. Cameron Robb, founder of the PetsCell(TM), is extremely excited about the tracking capabilities of the device. Robb states, "The current design specs and capabilities have surpassed even my original vision of the product."
The Petsmobility tracking solution has been optimized to provide a cost effective solution based on quality and consistency of locates versus price. The PetsCell(TM) can deliver accurate location fixes across a broad spectrum of conditions including those originating in less than optimal environments such as rural, dense urban or indoor locations.
To date, the PetsCell(TM) can currently deliver location fixes in real time to handsets, pagers, laptops or desk tops either wired or wirelessly. The mapping interface can either use satellite imagery, similar to Google maps, or standard map technology. Geo-fencing, Bread crumbing, real time tracking and automated lost call alerts are all presently possible.
Robb further added, "with the variety of customer access and touch points we have developed, we will be able to focus on creating a pleasant user experience."
Pet owners will be able to access their pet's location by accessing a customer care centre and speaking with a Petsmobility representative or through a voice activated response centre. The pet owner may call the response centre, enter their own personalized code and a computerized response is then generated informing the owner of their pet's location.
In addition to the PetsCell(TM), the company plans to execute on several brand extended related products and services, such as streaming media, consumer products, and various pet related services using their pet community website, www.petsmo.com, as the distribution platform for digital media.
