CMSF News CaminoSoft Announces Third Fiscal Quarter Results
WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 17, 2005--CaminoSoft Corp. (OTCBB:CMSF), a leading provider of Information Lifecycle Management (ILM) solutions for Microsoft Windows 2000/2003 and Novell NetWare & GroupWise environments, reported its third fiscal quarter results today.
The Three-Month Periods Ended June 30, 2005, and June 30, 2004:
During the quarter ended June 30, 2005, the Company had revenues of approximately $852,000, an increase of approximately $527,000, or 162%, over the three-month period ended June 30, 2004. Revenues for the nine-month period ended June 30, 2005, of approximately $2,052,000 showed an increase of approximately $1,134,000, or 124%, as compared to the nine-month period ended June 30, 2004. The Company had operating income for the current three-month period of approximately $36,000 as compared to an operating loss of approximately $530,000 for the three months ended June 30, 2004.
Steve Crosson, CFO of CaminoSoft, attributes the Company's continued growth to alliances with leading technology partners and international market expansion.
