(OTCBB:CMSF), a leading provider of Information Lifecycle Management (ILM) solutions for Microsoft Windows 2000/2003 and Novell NetWare & GroupWise environments, today said that Renaissance Capital's BFS US Special Opportunities Trust PLC has agreed to extend the maturity date of its $1.75 million convertible debenture to May 27, 2007 from November 27, 2005.
