software portfolio has been expanded to include the CaminoSoft Storage
Analyzer™ tool.
CaminoSoft’s unique Storage Analyzer tool
offers organizations a way to make informed decisions about investing in
more primary storage and optimizing the utilization of existing
resources by using Managed Server HSM software. The tool allows them to
quickly and easily characterize storage volumes on NetWare, Windows, and
Network Appliance (NetApp) Filer servers by using a networked Windows
98, 2000/2003, or XP workstation or laptop. Analysis is performed
without the need to install agent components on production servers.

customized version of the CaminoSoft tool supports EMC’s
File System Assessment (FSA) program and integrates results into a
format compatible with EMC’s Visual SRM.
