CNSC News E-Merging Artist Beth Hart to Rehearse and Record New Disc Exclusively at CenterStaging
BURBANK, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--CenterStaging Corp. (CNSC.ob) - Committed to the development of “E-merging”
talent, rehearsals.com has announced that Independent
rocker Beth Hart will record her latest work exclusively at
CenterStaging and will be the first artist to be profiled on the site
with an in-depth, behind-the-scenes exploration of the entire recording
process.
CenterStaging’s foray into recording
full-length albums began earlier this year with their groundbreaking
debut of The New Cars’“It’s
Alive,” which captured the remodeled,
turbo-charged ‘80s hit makers performing live
before a studio audience. But the state-of-the-art studio will go the
extra mile with Beth Hart, not only documenting the polished final
product of the powerhouse vocalist’s new
full-length album, but also providing an intimate look into the entire
project from start to finish.
“Beth Hart is one of the early believers of
what rehearsals.com can do in showcasing talent to a worldwide fan base,
said Tommy Nast, Executive Vice President, Business Development,
CenterStaging. “As we believe she has one of
the greatest God-given voices, we are truly ecstatic to work creatively
with her and helm her new material. We want the industry to know that we
will be making more recording models like this available to emerging
artists!”
Known for her expressive vocals, Beth Hart has worked with some of the
biggest names in rock. The singer’s explosive
stage presence and raw emotional flair was already in evidence on her
1996 Atlantic Records debut Immortal, which featured superstar
producers David Foster, Hugh Padgham and Mike Clink, and the 1999
sophomore follow-up, “Screamin’
For My Supper, which contained the smash hit single “L.A.
Song,” a Top 5 chartbuster in the U.S. Her
third album, Leave The Light On, further cemented Hart’s
reputation as a hard-rocking, soulful star and caught the attention of
none other than guitar god Jeff Beck. The axe-slinging rock legend
hand-picked Hart to appear as special guest vocalist during his sold-out
U.S. Spring Tour 2006, the first time in many years that Beck brought a
singer into his live band.
rehearsals.com features both established and “E-merging”
talent, with a current line-up that includes Grammy-nominated artists
Imogen Heap (Best New Artist), Tom Petty (Best Solo Rock Vocal
Performance & Best Rock Album) and the Pussycat Dolls (Best Pop
Performance By A Duo Or Group With Vocal). To catch the latest
behind-the-scenes action, check out www.rehearsals.com.
