MCDG News CytoCore Announces Results from Annual Shareholders Meeting
CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 22, 2006--CytoCore, Inc. (OTCBB:MCDG) announced the following results from their annual shareholders meeting held on Friday June 16th. First, shareholders voted to officially change the name of the company to CytoCore, Inc. This name change application is being submitted to the State registrar where the Company is incorporated. Following the State's acceptance of the name change, the Company will be applying to NASDAQ for a change in the Company's stock symbol. Secondly, the Board of Directors was elected to serve another term.
