CYON News Cytation Corporation, DBA Deer Valley Corporation, to Expand Its Premium Quality Product Line
TAMPA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 29, 2006--Cytation Corporation, doing business as Deer Valley Corporation (OTCBB: CYON), announced that its wholly owned subsidiary Deer Valley Homebuilders, Inc. ("Deer Valley") will, in July 2006, begin production of a new series of premium quality single section homes. The new series will be built to the national HUD code requirements and to the even more exacting "heavy built home" standards for which Deer Valley's larger multi-section homes are renowned. The new units will be available in several semi-custom floor plans ranging in size from 840 square feet to 1140 square feet.
Joel Logan, President of Deer Valley, explained that "the new series of homes will allow buyers with tighter budget restrictions to enjoy the same Deer Valley home ownership experience that the buyers of the larger Deer Valley homes have been enjoying. The new home series will feature the same sturdy construction and the same elegant interior features, fit and finish upon which Deer Valley has built its reputation."
Jimmy Hawkins, Director of Production, at Deer Valley's Sulligent, Alabama plant, noted, "From a production perspective, this new addition to our product line is the perfect fit. All of the fabrication techniques and the materials used to build these homes are identical to those used in our current product line. Except for a change in the roof line and the addition of the second exterior wall, a pair of single wide homes will pass easily through our manufacturing plant intermixed with the larger multi-section homes."
