CYON News Cytation Corporation Changes Name to Deer Valley Corporation
TAMPA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 25, 2006--Cytation Corporation, ("Cytation" or the "Company") (OTCBB:CYON), announced today that it has changed its name to Deer Valley Corporation ("Deer Valley").
At a special meeting of shareholders yesterday, the shareholders of the Company elected three new outside directors and approved an amendment to the Company's Certificate of Incorporation, increasing the Company's authorized common and preferred stock, changing the name of the Company to Deer Valley Corporation, and changing the Company's domicile from Delaware to Florida. Also, the Company is currently in the process of changing it's ticker symbol to reflect the name change.
