DOTX News Dotronix, Inc. Enters Agreement with Grand Sierra Resort Corporation

MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 8, 2006--Dotronix, Inc. (OTCBB:DOTX) announced today that it's newly formed wholly owned subsidiary Grand Realty Holdings Inc. has entered an agreement to become a condominium marketing partner for Grand Sierra Resort Corporation ("Grand Sierra").

Grand Sierra owns and operates the Grand Sierra Resort and Casino, formerly the Reno Hilton, a 2000 room hotel, casino and entertainment complex situated on approximately 145 acres in Reno Nevada, that is being repositioned as the Grand Sierra Resort.

As a part of its transformation, 825 rooms located on the top eleven floors of the twenty seven story hotel, known as "The Summit," are being converted into condominium hotel units and will be sold separately.

A world renowned design firm has supplied the creative vision for the entire project, including the condominium design. To view the condominium redesign, please log on to www.grandsierracondos.com.

"We are excited to be involved with the marketing of these premium condo hotel units. We think Reno is a rising star and that the Grand Sierra is going to be the place to be when you're there. This is the first of what we believe could be other opportunities to be involved in the redevelopment of the Grand Sierra Resort and Casino into a world-class destination resort," said Russell W. Mitchell, Chairman and CEO of Dotronix, Inc.
