DSCI News Derma Sciences Announces Renewal of Sales Agreement with Largest Customer in Canada

PRINCETON, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Derma Sciences, Inc. (OTCBB: DSCI), a manufacturer and full line supplier of wound and skin care products, today announced that the Company has renewed its sales agreement with HealthPRO Procurement Services. HealthPRO, headquartered in Toronto, is Canada’s largest National Procurement Services Organization, and is currently Derma Sciences’ largest Canadian customer. The renewal begins as of December 1, 2006 and extends until November 30, 2011. The five-year agreement is an exclusive arrangement between HealthPRO and Derma Sciences and covers Derma Sciences’ general wound care products in Canada. General wound care includes operating room products such as sponges, dressings and bandages.
