EPMI News EPIC Media DTC and Shareholder Update
BEVERLY HILLS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 27, 2005--EPIC Media Inc. (OTC:EPMI) has been approved for full services trading by The Depository Trust Company (DTC) as of July 26, 2005. The Company has confirmed with all major stock brokerages that their systems have been updated and that its common stock is freely tradable.
SEC Update -- On June 22, 2005, the Company filed the necessary registration statement with the SEC to become a fully reporting company. By operation of law, the registration statement will become effective 60 days after said filing date. Upon effectiveness, the Company will seek a dual listing on the Pinksheets & OTC Bulletin Board, and after meeting initial listing standards, the Nasdaq Market System.
EPIC Media is a multimedia company founded to gather, understand, translate and package information into original marketable print and digital products.
