EPMI News EPIC Media Registration Statement to the SEC Declared Effective by Operation of Law and OTCBB Listing
BEVERLY HILLS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 20, 2005--EPIC Media Inc. (OTC: EPMI) announces that it is complicate with all filings required by the SEC, and by operation of law, considered a full reporting company as of the date of this release.
On July 22, 2005, Epic Media filed a 10SB12g Registration Statement with the SEC and subsequently filed an amendment to said statement on August 25, 2005. By operation of law, the Registration Statement becomes effective 60 days after the original filing date.
A Form 211 is being submitted to the NASD on behalf of the Company within the next 5 business days to initiate a quote of the Company's Common Stock on the Over the Counter Bulletin Board. Upon acceptance by the NASD, the Company will be dually quoted on the Pinksheets and the OTCBB.
