Agreement Allows for Geographic Expansion and More Efficient Product Shipping
Global Beverage Solutions (OTCBB: GBVS) today announced that it has reached an agreement between its subsidiary Aqua Maestro and Eagle Rock Trading Company.Eagle Rock, located in Las Vegas, Nevada, is a distribution company servicing the Las Vegas casino and lodging industry and Native American casinos around the United States. This agreement allows for Eagle Rock to distribute Aqua Maestro's bottled water brands to hotels, casinos and restaurants, while allowing Aqua Maestro to better serve its Penguin Club Members on the west coast and in the Las Vegas area by warehousing in the immediate vicinity.

"This effort will enable Aqua Maestro to provide more direct sales of its many brands of water to the hotel, casino and restaurant trade, while simultaneously giving us the ability to warehouse these brands in Nevada. This will provide for considerable freight savings through the shipment of full truckload quantities from the East coast to the West coast."
To kick off this new relationship, Aqua Maestro will be exhibiting at the 2008 International Las Vegas Restaurant Show from February 24-February 27, 2008. This show will combine three venues under one roof -- food, beverage and lodging.
