Grant Life Sciences Inc. (OTC BB: GLIF) announced today that it has
signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Thailand-based i+MED
Laboratories Co. Ltd. to distribute i+MED’s
point-of-care rapid diagnostic tests via Grant’s
established marketing channels in India, Taiwan, Indonesia, Mexico,
Middle East and Africa and expand into other countries later.
The i+MED product portfolio to be distributed by Grant includes, but is
not limited to, the following rapid tests: drugs of abuse, pregnancy,
and infectious disease product lines.
