This past week the company accepted delivery and full rights to 170 television shows. GnF Entertainment is currently broadcasting to over 2 million satellite dishes across North America.

GameZnFlix Movie and Game Rental Service to Be Rolled Out Nationwide in Circuit City StoresGameZnFlix, Inc. (OTC BB: GZFX), an online provider of DVD movies and video games for rent or purchase, today announced a definitive co-marketing agreement with Circuit City Stores, Inc.
In the fourth calendar quarter of 2005, the two companies tested offering the GameZnFlix services at a limited number of Circuit City Superstores and online at circuitcity.com. After concluding the tests, the services will now be expanded to include Circuit City Superstores across the United States and will continue to be available nationwide on Circuit City's website.
"We want to offer a variety of products and services to our customers and the GameZnFlix's program allows our customers to experience the convenience of renting both movies and games through the mail," said Bill Cimino, director of corporate communications for Circuit City.
The agreement calls for a rollout of GameZnFlix's service by offering prepaid service cards at each of Circuit City's Superstores. The agreement calls for adding between 45 and 110 locations each month until full deployment is reached prior to the 2006 holiday season. Financial terms of the agreement are not being disclosed.

John Fleming, CEO of GameZnFlix, Inc. stated: "We will be opening a new distribution center in Maryland to replace the one that would have been part of the acquisition of DVDAvenue. We choose to cancel our agreement to purchase DVDAvenue after further discussions with their management regarding the make up of its customer base. We felt that there was not a good fit between the two companies."
President Donald "Chip" Gallent stated: "The Maryland center will meet shipping requirements for our members in the mid-Atlantic states. Our business plan calls for further expansion into Florida, Texas, Washington and other locations throughout 2006."
GameZnFlix, Inc. Relocates Pennsylvania Distribution Center to MassachusettsGameZnFlix, Inc. GameZnFlix Acquires DVDavenue, LLCGameZnFlix, Inc. (OTC BB: GZFX), an online provider of DVDs and video games for rent or purchase, today announced it has acquired DVDavenue, LLC., an online provider of DVDs for rent, based near Washington D.C.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
"This is a great acquisition for GameZnFlix as this will result in increasing our membership base, acquiring thousands of titles and adding a new distribution facility," said Donald "Chip" Gallent, President of GameZnFlix.
"We feel that consolidation of the online DVD rental market is overdue and that becoming part of GameZnFlix offers our customers more value per rental dollar spent," said Richard Thomas, Managing Partner of DVDavenue, LLC.
As part of the transaction, existing DVDavenue customers will be transitioned over to GameZnFlix's service. The transition is slated to be completed within 30 to 60 days.
