Greens Worldwide Incorporated Executes Definitive Agreement to Acquire New England Pro Tour, LLC/Cleveland Golf Tour
HERTFORD, N.C., March 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Greens Worldwide Incorporated (OTC Bulletin Board: GRWW message board, news, quote, dd) announced today that it has executed a Definitive Agreement to acquire New England Pro Tour, LLC doing business as Cleveland Golf Tour (CGT), in a share exchange agreement whereby New England Pro Tour, LLC will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Greens Worldwide. The closing of the agreement is subject to the delivery of documents necessary to effect the closing which is scheduled for March 15, 2006, but the closing date may be extended until March 30, 2006 at the option of Greens Worldwide.
New England Pro Tour, LLC has operated the New England Pro Golf Tour for 5 years, and most recently under the brand title Cleveland Golf Tour, with Cleveland Golf as the title sponsor. The tournaments conducted by CGT have been conducted in the New England area. In 2006, The Cleveland Golf Tour is scheduled to pay out $1.3 million in purses to aspiring golf professionals.

Moses will play as a Pro-Championship player in 2006 tour events.
Moses won Gold in the 400m Medley Relay and Silver in the 100m breast at the 2000 Olympics, helping the United States to a world record. He is the former world record holder in the 100m breaststroke. In 2002, Moses broke three short course world records over two days, the first American to do so. He owns 11 US National titles and had 13 world records in five years. Moses was the first man to break one minute in the breaststroke relay split as part of the world record-breaking 400m medley relay at the 2000 Olympics.
