HERTFORD, N.C., March 31 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Greens Worldwide Incorporated (OTC Bulletin Board: GRWW - News) announced today that it has closed its acquisition and formation of Las Vegas Golf Schools, Inc., whereby Las Vegas Golf Schools, (www.gotogolfschool.com) is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Greens Worldwide Incorporated.
