GTHA News GeneThera Announces Strategic Alliance Partnership with Nutricion Avanzada
WHEAT RIDGE, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 25, 2005--In line with its strategic direction to commercialize a live animal test for several veterinary diseases, GeneThera (OTCBB:GTHA) announces its strategic alliance partnership with Nutricion Avanzada of Monterrey, Mexico.
Nutricion Avanzada is a large private multinational distributor of nutritional supplements for animals with access to large amounts of cattle throughout Mexico.
The agreement between the companies allows access for Nutricion Avanzada to GeneThera's proprietary diagnostic solution based on its genetic expression assay, GEA(TM).
GeneThera will gain access to Nutricion Avanzada's customer base as well as gain a physical presence in Mexico at Nutricion Avanzada's Monterrey facilities.
Commenting on the partnership between the companies, Dr. Tony Milici, CEO of GeneThera, said: "We are very happy to have signed this exclusive agreement with Nutricion Avanzada of Monterrey, Mexico. This alliance will give us the base of operations needed in Mexico to begin our commercialization process of our live animal test.
